Triple Coupons At Harris Teeter

For those that have Harris Teeter, they're doing triple coupons up to $.99 from 9/14 thru 9/20.  I got there at 6:15am today and had a great shopping trip.  I purchased $78 worth of groceries for $26!  That's about a 67% savings.  I saved $52!  And everything I bought I use.  So, I've had a great day!  I was home by 7:30 and have plenty of time to do my usual chores.

Freebies In The Mail!

It's so exciting to get freebies in the mail.  Today I received an LED pocket light, Vibe earbuds (worth lots!), and a USB car charger.  All that from http://www.hunt4freebies.com/.  It's a terrific site. Today they have ebook downloads from http://www.amazon.com/.  If you don't have a Kindle, no problem.  Download ebooks to your PC, laptop or cell phone.  Don't forget to check the sites at the bottom of my blog for many useful sites for couponing and freebies.

And I just have to mention my last grocery shopping trip.  I took five of my grandkids grocery shopping with me and showed
them my coupons and they helped me find the items I needed.  Never too young to learn!   They were so surprised when I bought $70 worth of groceries for only $38.  Not bad!  They were amazed.

Tidbits on Couponing

 

Couponing is so rewarding and can be so much fun.  It may take a few hours a week to clip your coupons and sort them out  and the money you save is more than worth your time.  You'll see!  I remember one time I was shopping at Harris Teeter and I had about $100 worth of groceries in my cart.  After using coupons and buying items on sale, my final cost was about $42.  We ate well, I got some cleaning products for FREE and I had extra money to pay some bills.  


My main goal is to keep a current running list of  links that pertain to couponing and money saving deals.  The links will be at the bottom of the page.  If you notice any broken links, just let me know and I'll fix it. 


So many stores are into couponing and special sales.  If I've missed your favorite place, I'll be more then glad to add it.
